The Geeks assembled at full strength to discuss the big news from the recent Disney investor meeting. An almost overwhelming amount of new Star Wars content is on the horizon. Chris, Nathan, and Dallas have you covered for each announcement as they add some background and speculation on what each series may dive into. They also offer a quick recap and reaction of the previous two Mandalorian chapters, 14 “The Tragedy,” and 15 “The Believer.”

They gathered to record on a very momentous anniversary as well, and to celebrate it they went back to listen to a small portion of a previous Big Fat Geek episode recorded three years ago to the day (cue the dream sequence music).

Chris and Dallas got together to talk about the new deal with Warner Bros and HBO to premiere upcoming films on HBO Max and theaters. Dallas also unveils a new segment for the show, “Dallas’s Geek Bits,” with some funnies and frustrations. Here is link for the funny Mandalorian bit mentioned on the show. They wrap it up discussing the greatest Mandalorian episode “The Tragedy.”

We have returned! It’s Return of the Geeks, Episode VI, or 39 rather. We got together virtually to talk about what we have been up to geek-wise during these pandemic times. We also take a dive into the new season of The Mandalorian and talk about Chapters 9 and 10. We discuss The Child’s interesting eating habits, as well as what surprises may lie ahead this season.
